确定油路畅通，柴油机供给系统没有空气后，可拆开油泵盖板，板动操纵手柄，拨动油泵拉杆，看拉杆是否灵活和柱塞弹簧是否断裂。在自动上料混凝土搅拌车拉杆灵活和柱塞弹簧没断的情况下，可启动柴油机中速运转10分钟，还有断火现象时，可用一只铜榔头轻轻敲击输油泵大螺帽，一边敲一边听柴油机声音，如果声音不正常，说明输油泵活塞和推杆发卡，进行修理或更换。

一轻：在自动上料搅拌车作业时脚跟紧抵驾驶室地板，脚板和油门踏板保持平行，轻缓地下压加油踏板。
