凝土搅拌车由汽车底盘、搅拌筒、传动系统、供水装置、全功率取力器、搅拌筒前后支架、减速机、液压传动系统、进出料系统、操纵机构等部分组成。其工作原理:通过取力装置将汽车底盘的动力取出,并驱动液压系统的变量泵,把机械能转化为液压能传给定量马达,马达再驱动减速机,由减速机驱动搅拌装置,对混凝土进行搅拌。混凝土搅拌车拌筒不能转动的原因及解决办法介绍如下:

3、马达发生故障,处理则较简单,可把救援车的马达卸下装在故障车上,再将各个油管接好,启动救援车即可将拌筒内的砼排出。
